This week, Feb. 14 to be exact, Arizona celebrated its 100th birthday! So we asked some of our dealers, employees and friends, what’s your favorite thing about Arizona?
Greg (owner and dealer #69) : “The people who live here and the people who pass through.”
Vicki (dealer ): “Mesa, because it’s been home since 1953.”
William (dealer #397): “Spending the long days playing with my daughter. Whether we’re swimming in the pool or rolling in the snow, it’s always lots of fun!”
Amorey (AP employee): “Work and ASU.”
Joan (dealer #88): “I was born and raised here. The desert’s just beautiful when the wild flowers bloom.”
Erica: “Sunbathing in January, enjoying a drink on a patio in February and watching Spring training games in March.”
Jill (dealer #19): “The beautiful winters, the sunshine and the honest people.”
Kat: “I love the sunsets, even after living here all my life they still take my breath away. I also love being surrounded by mountains and the fact that I can drive a few hours and be in a completely different climate (Cali, Flagstaff, Sedona.)”
Ed (dealer #22): “I don’t have to shovel snow. And you can turn the desert into anything you want it to be.”
Jeanne (dealer #811): “A safe environment to raise my family.”
Nick (former AP employee and Kat’s husband): “The roads and highways are well laid out and made with great asphalt compared to other states I’ve driven in. And the drivers aren’t too bad either.”
Beverly (dealer #431): “Traveling to work and watching the Four Peaks peek around the Superstitions. When there is snow on them it’s even more beautiful.”
Kelly (dealer #937): “The summer monsoons and sunsets!”
Michelle (dealer #117): “Hunting ghosts down backroads.”
Ricky (customer): “My favorite thing about Arizona is the delicious Mexican food!”
Jeri (dealer #35): “The variety of landscapes for every outdoor activity.”
